CB Desk is your launch pad for most tools and resources. There's a lot to learn and explore here, but first let's get your applications set up.
💡 Since the URL for CB Desk is mycbdesk.com, you'll sometimes hear it referred to as "My CB Desk", "CB Desk", or simply "Desk".
⭐ Add this URL to your Favorites, Bookmarks, and your phone's home screen. This is your home for all things CB!
Check your personal email account for an email from NRT Account Provisioning <donotreply@nrtllc.com> with the subject line: Welcome to NRT! This email contains your account credentials for accessing MyCBDesk.com for the first time.
Log in to mycbdesk.com using your new cbrealty email address
Type in your temporary password

Okta Verify is used to verify your identity via the Okta Verify mobile app so you can sign into Realogy securely.
Click on the drop down next to your name and choose Settings.
This will bring you to your user profile. Select Edit Profile. You will be asked to verify your password. Type your password and select Verify
You will be prompted to confirm via SMS Authentication
Choose Send code. Retrieve code from your phone. Enter the code in the appropriate field and choose Verify
Scroll down to Extra Verification and choose Setup next to Okta Verify Mobile App
Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to install the Okta Verify app on your device.
When the Scan barcode screen appears in the web browser on your computer screen, open the Okta Verify app on your phone or device and then tap the plus sign + to add a new Okta Verify account. This activates your device's barcode scanner.
Point the camera at the barcode on your computer screen. The camera detects and reads the barcode automatically and your device is enrolled in Okta Verify. The web browser on your computer returns to Set up multifactor authentication.
Okta Verify setup is now complete! Now, you can use “Send Push” option next time you access your applications, and you are prompted to login. You will no longer have to input a code. Click approve and you’re on the network!

ePay makes it easy to automatically pay your accounts receivable charges each month, such as the monthly office fee and Legal Assistance Program fee every July.
Click the ePay tile on Desk to access the secure portal. Then, simply enter an electronic payment method, such as a credit card or checking account, and accept the terms of using monthly autopay for charges. You will receive an email at the beginning of each month with a statement showing your outstanding A/R charges. The balance of these items will be charged to your payment method on the 25th of the month.
For agents who affiliated prior to May 4th, 2020: To enroll, click the Direct Deposit tile on Desk, then click on Direct Deposit Enrollment. Follow instructions (you will need your checking account routing # and account #)
For agents who affiliated after May 4th, 2020: Direct Deposit enrollment was part of your affiliation process through Onbase, so there is no further action you need to take.

Your MLS IDX feed is required to display listings on your website and send listing alerts. Our branches have blanket agreements with all of our local boards and you are not required to complete IDX agreements, though you may be prompted to.
When your MLS IDX feed has been approved, return to MLS Setup screen to see a screen similar to the one above.
Enter your Office ID for each board name and your individual Agent ID for the board(s) MLS you are a member of.
For each MLS feed, click the corresponding tab below to find your Office's ID(s) (they will only show up if your office is an active member of that particular MLS)

💁♀️ To start with, you’ll want to review your Profile Details. Your profile details will be displayed on almost everything your customer sees, including your website, emails and marketing materials. So it’s very important you make sure all of your information in your profile is exactly the way you want it.
Required Fields:
Display Name: Enter the display name as you want it to appear on your website, emails, marketing materials and campaign pieces.
Account Owner Name: This is the name on the account profile; this will default to the billing name
Login: Your login name for logging into your Market Leader Pro account.
Website: This is your Market Leader website and cannot be edited.
CRM Email: This is the email address that is used to communicate with your consumers. This cannot be edited.
External Email: An email address that can be used for password recovery. This needs to be a non-Market Leader email, such as a Yahoo! or Gmail address.
Optional Fields:
Title: Your title as an agent, such as Broker or Listing Specialist.
Designations: Any real estate designations that you are qualified to use.
License/DRE: Your real estate license number.
Phone Number: Enter an office phone number and/or mobile number.
Team Checkbox: If you are part of a team, then marking the Team checkbox will pluralize your system-generated emails (e.g. Welcome Email, Listing Alerts). Phrases like “my website” will become “our website”.
Importing all of your contacts into one system allows you to effectively keep in touch with all your contacts, build relationships, and win more business.
inTouch supports the ability to directly import contacts from the following sources:
When importing a CSV file, you can create a custom contact list, or you can export contacts from other online programs - just make sure you save your list as a Comma Separated File (CSV).
Now, there are two very important parts to the process, and you'll want to start from the beginning to ensure a successful import:
Export your contacts to a spreadsheet quickly and easily. Generate the export spreadsheet files on your device and then share it via email, messages, AirDrop, Dropbox, etc. Open spreadsheet in Excel or other spreadsheet applications.
Turn your phone into a SIM card reader. Export your SIM card details and Android contacts, including names, phone numbers and email addresses to an excel file, which you can then open and edit, email or use with any other app. The app will generate separate file for each SIM card you read with it.
In order to market yourself and your listings effectively, you need a comprehensive Profile page on ColdwellBankerHomes.com - CBHomes Admin enables you to manage your bio, profile details, and listings so that you are putting your best foot forward.

DotLoop includes form creation, e-signing, and transaction management. While not immediately available under Single Sign On, it requires only your initial one-time activation, and will then be accessed via MyCBDesk.

For the first two years after the agent you refer associates with the company, you will earn the equivalent of 2% of the recruited sales associate’s Gross Commission Income (GCI) on closed transactions. If your Marketing Logo has not already been uploaded to your account, you can download it from CB's national digital asset management platform, (access via MyCBDesk)
This section is for your bio, and while there is default content here, you should absolutely customize your bio content. The Full Bio will appear on your About page, and the Bio Summary will appear on specific Agent Card widgets that you add to your site.
Select the social media type from the drop down menu, then add the URL for your profile in the URL field.
