✅ Onboarding Checklist

• 📧 Check your personal email

• 🔑 Log into affiliation portal

• 📝 Complete your affiliation packet

• 📷 Upload your documents

📧 Check your email

Check the email address you provided your support staff. You will receive two emails from [e-mail]:

1️⃣ Link to the secure Affiliation Portal 2️⃣ Pin code to access the portal

Onbase runs from a Microsoft Windows environment and will work best on a PC.

🔑 Log into affiliation portal

Follow link to your affiliation packet and enter your pin.

Enter personal information.

Click Generate Packet

📝Complete your affiliation packet

The packet will take 2-5 minutes to generate so you can wait or come back later. You will receive an email notification when your packet has been generated.

When the packet has been generated, return to the affiliation portal to Review and Signeach document individually. Some documents require only that you view them.

📸 Upload your documents

The items listed below are required by our licensing team:

• ⛔ Social Security Number Verification (SS Card, 1099, W2 or Tax Return)

• 🚗 Driver’s License

• 🏠 Real Estate License

Accepted document formats include

🗎 .PDF

🖺 .JPEG or .JPG

If you don't have your documents in an accepted format, you can take and upload a photo with your device's native camera app, or use the Office Lens App for iOS or android.

After submitting your completed packet, you can return to the affiliation portal to download your signed documents at any time. Just revisit the link from the initial affiliation email.
